Subject: PR and sponsorship forms on their way
  I am a Canadian citizen and my husband is American. Can we move to Canada while the forms are being processed? We got the medical done, the FBI security clearance done, and all the forms filled out. Before we sent them off we got them done to send it all with the forms. So do we have to wait to hear back from CIC or can we move while they are being processed?
