Subject: students in canada - caips update
  To All,

Got my latest caips notes after 50 days. Nothing has changed.
My last BFD was Oct 15, 2005

As per caips dated October 17, 2005 which I received today

" FILE BFD TO: LH6 ON 1-11-2005"

Hoping for the best after all these quota rumours and the " early 2006 finalisation email I received before"

Regards

hi issabella.,
I hope that your case is nearly finalized. Looks like it from the BFD date. I dont think iam going to get any more CAIPS, as i know that everything is in order and my background check results are pending. lets see what happens in 2006. good luck.

I hope the quota is just a rumours as well. I am not planning to order any CAIPS until next year as my BCHK is still pending.

Good luck everyone! :)

Having a BF´D on 1-11-2005 immediately after your previous BF´D on 15-10-2005 is definitely a positive sign.

BTW, could you find out what was the update in your file on 15-10-2005 ?

Best wishes.

No nothing has changed but I have noticed some else a few weeks back had got the same indication on caips notes "FILE BFD TO LH6"
I have no clue what that means, and whats LH6...LH5...LH4. Looks like some other clerks are handling the case.
previously it was CMC, KP, MK etc

Thanks for all those positive vibes, Boss I am sure we all are inline along with kool and others.

Just kind of curious whats going to happen after Nov 1, 2005. Because I have already received the finalisation early 2006 email.

Anyone else got this BFD LH6??

My file number itself has LH2 attached to it in brackets - no clue though what does it mean?
