I received a refusal letter.. and short of 2 points from the required points of 67.. in my previous application.. my consultant did not include my relative in Canada in our application.. Is there any chance to appeal for my case?.. How long should I have before appealing to CIC-London?..

if you hired a consultant, usually part of their services is to initiate your appeal case if applicable.....sadly even though our consultants mess up, our entire application is our responsibility. I suggest that you communicate with your consultants...make the most of what you paid them....goodluck

I hear a lot of cases where consultants mess up the application. What a pity!

Hi there: I have a question. At what stage of the PR process did they refuse your application? Before AOR? or before IA? Thanks.
