Hi, there,
i am from china, currently as a visiting scholar in canada, the term is two years. i am planing to send my canadian immigration application to CIC buffalo, but my passport is P(public affair, not G, general=private), so my question is: Does CIC buffalo accept P passport application? anyone has similar experience, or know the information, your suggestion will be highly appreciated.
