How do all Canadian wanabees... Hope your all well and heading down the road to immigration soon!
Im from Northern Ireland and am gonna apply in a couple of months time under skilled workers and have a few question.
1. Hows easy is it to get in, I just bought a book which told me 90% of applications are successful?
2. How strict are they on checks ie. Basic french, work experience etc?
3.how long does it take from submitting an application till your approved?
All help will be much appreciated
Kind Regards.... Pete

(in reply to: How do all Canadian wanabees... Hope your all...) The best way to gauge your own chances are by taking a self-evaluation test. Try this:

As to how strict they are on checks, they can be pretty thorough, so it´s best to be honest.

How long it will take depends on where you apply. It can be anywhere from a few months to a few years.
