Hi, here is my situation...
1. I submitted the application[Independent Class] in October 2001, from ISLAMABAD Pakisatn.
2. Received Acknowledge Receipt in November 2001. They gave me time of 24 Months.
3. I got no reply from embassy until I updated my application in May 2004 and included application of spouse as I got married in 2003.
4. They replied me in July 2004 asking for Original IELTS,Updated proof of funds and Original education documents.
5. I send them all and also informed them about my newborn child.
6. They asked me in September 2004 for Birth certificate,valid passport, processing fee and photos of new born.
7. I send them all and since then I am waiting for any reply. Most of all I am worried about my original education documents.
If somebody can guide me. Should I go for CAIPS , write letter to the embassy or still wait or any other suggestion. How can I get my originals back. Will they ever return those??? Thanks for guidance.

I think you definitely have to contact the Embassy asking them to give you updates concerning your File No.
Do you have a contact phonenumber/email address?

they normally return the originals after the decison on the case!!
