I also had problems with immigration.ca forum, but I am gradually switching here because there are so many more people here and therefore you get your question answered much faster.

Faster answers might not be accurate answers. When you don´t have to attach a name to your reply, then anything goes. As we are all learning the CIC process it will usually take time to get the information and reply correctly. Most people who answer a question has to do a little research before they post a reply.
