Hi,
I did FBI fingerprint last year when I submit my PR application according to my lawyer´s requirement.Untill now, I think it was expired.I am not sure if I need go head to re do it or just wait for buffalo´s letter. Buffalo didn´t ask to do it.

hi
take ur lawyers advice n do the fbi finger print b/c if they havent asked for it uptil now they will in the future n fbi takes 4-6 weeks to process those finger prints so u shud get them done. also save the trackin number through which u send it b/c that way if it takes them too long they can find ur finger print cards through that tracking number
