I don?t think you qualify for those 10 points.However, you will get 5 points for canadian work exp. If you have done Phd from canada, I think you should be able to make required 67 assuming high english proficiency

Thank you for helping me with my question on arranged employment. Do you think it is because this postdoc position is not a permanent job so that it does not qualify as an arranged employment? I got my PhD from a school in the US and have been asked to take the IELTS.
