Hi,
How can we update our status from commonlaw to married. Last year we applied for CA immigrant as skilled worker under "commomlaw status". We got married this year and we want to update our status, how can we do it? Is there a processing fee or something? and how much????

thanks for the reply? What are the documents needed then? Like marriage license, updated passport , ID´s. Do we need to submit them together with the letter? Do we need to have the letter signed by a lawyer???
