Interesting question:
Definitely there are no PPRs/IAs in the recent weeks. However there was one person telling he/she got IA, according to the following link:

I got medical and pp request in april-05. Sent rolf and pp in may-05. But still waiting......

Hi,
I completed Medical and sent documents and passport to New Delhi in June 2005.
Still waiting........
I sent mail and got reply that they will now issue visas in First three months of 2006 Year.
