I am in Canada right now and I had applied for PR in Feb 05.And had received the AOR in Mar 0´5.I appeared for IELTS test as asked by CIC in August and had submitted the score in September.I had received my new work-permit and had sent copy of my new work-permit to CIC,Buffalo
I have also got my finger Prints done at local police station a few days back and have asked RCMP to send my police clearance certificate to CIC,Buffalo.
But now I am heading for india in a couple of days.Not sure whether I´ll come back here or not even though my Work-permit is still valid for a year.I am also redirecting all my posts to my friend´s address in Canada only, so that I get all the information send/asked by CIC,Buffalo.
Please let me know if I can do anything else while I am in Canada, so as not to slow down my file processing due to the fact that I am going out of Canada.Any suggestion is welcome.
I think now all left is interview & medical.If I get a call for interview then I can go from india and when asked for medicals, I would get it done from india.I hope that´s fine and CIC wouldn´t object to that.

Do you have an American visa, since your interview will be held in the USA?

Right now I have US visa but don´t know whether I would be having one at the time of interview as it´s expiring after a year.So may be then I would be applying for tourist Visa if I can.
