Today I received a response to my email inquiry of application status. It said,
"Your application for permanent residence will be reviewed for finalization early 2006."
I know some others have also received similar response. Any idea, how sure the information is.
Is this a standard reply or can it be from the visa officer handling my application.
I applied 18 months ago and did medicals 3.5 months ago. I was expecting PPR anytime soon. I´d be really dissapointed if this is true.

From the looks of it it is a standard reply. Dont fret. Atleast you know where you stand at the moment. Picture us poor souls (Nov 04 applicants) - we received our AOR only 4 months later. When in Gods name are WE going to be done. You´re almost done so hang in there.

Please be advised that your application is in process, however we are unable to provide an exact date when a final decision will be made.
Once a decision on an application has been made, you will receive a letter requesting that your passport be forwarded to this office for visa issuance

My response was not early 06. It was "cannot tell an exact date at this point of time"

I got an email response from Buffalo today and I already posted it. The line says´ your application will reviewed for finalization early 2006". I have noticed the grammrtical error ie: will be reviewed, and I think it is not a standardized response. What do you think?

when did you receive this email.Because the reply " will be reviewed early 2006" started appearing 7-10 days back only.Please correct me if I am wrong
