App sent Aug 19, 2005 and CPC-M received Application on Aug 22, 2005

CPC-M start processing and Sponsorship Decision made Sept 8, 2005
E-cas changes to Sponsorship Decision made - Sept 9, 2005
File send to CHC- New Delhi for further processing - Sept 9, 2005
Received sponsorship confirmation letter from CPC-M - Sept 13, 2005
~~~~Permanent Residence Application process~~~~
Visa Office (New Delhi) start processing - Sept 19, 2005
E-cas changes to Permanent Residence Application - In Process, Sept 26, 2005
PPR received - Sept 29, 2005
New Delhi recieve passport- ~~will send by Oct 5, 2005, and recieved by ND on Oct 10, 2005~~

I wish it could be faster process for in-Canada applicants! but still would comments on that...u understand that why the process for outside-canada applicant is faster...u know how painfull for us to be apart from the person u love most in ur life...this waiting period is really killing us...
why u really worring about getting visa faster, if u already in canada and living together(if u r too spousal case visa applicant).

because I can´t work, that´s why and it would be much easier on us both. Especially since my wife has a heart condition. she still works and everything just fine, but it´s hard on her, and i want to take that away from her. I hate sitting on my ass. :(

I was sponsored tooo but thing is...I had an interview......and for that reason they took my passport at the interview.....which was on 23rd August..and never returned back.............and they dont even update the website...it still says...had an interview.....thts all?
Id ont know wht else they have to see
If they are going to take that long they should atleast return the passport....which has valid visas..for me to go back and continue with my studies...but NO they will not do that...
I think taking the passport..so early is just bitchy..as They got nothing to do with it unless they want to finalize the case.......;
Wht if if I am an exporter or someone who needs passport....all the time to fly here and there I prbably have to shut down everything my bussiness and shit....just coz I got no passport......I dont understand..why they hold the passport for this long?

I understand what you going through and agree with you, why they keep passport for so long? instead they should request for passport when they are ready to issue visa. But again you have no choice in your case because u had an interview and for that you have to travel to India anyway!
I would suggest that you write a nice note to them explaining your situation, that might help you. Also don´t worry because ND take alomst 3-7 weeks to return passport back to you. So hopefully you will you passport by Oct 7th. that´s my feeling.

Hi Tnim..thanks for ur reply......I see that ur status also changed....on Ecas....thing is my status still says ....Interview..date That means I had an interview...thts all it says....Well IF ur request was on 29th of August......That means they will still take more time for u as they took my passport on 23rd August...well..anyways Once u read this..please email me

When DOne with my interview...he took my passport and put it in a yellow envelope.....and confirmed my addressa nd phone....and yeah..
Does that mean anything GUys..

Hi Everyone,
I have filed the application for Spousal Immigration on Dec 14 2012 and I got the response exactly after one month on Jan 14 2013 stating that its been approved and forwarded to the New Delhi Canadian High Commission, please let me know how long its gonna take from this point on to get it finalised in today´s scenario.
Any suggestions from anyone who experienced the same process will be greatly appreciated.
