| Subject: Canadian wife sponsor refugee husband |
My wife and I were arrange married by both our families. We also met and mutually agreed to marry. She is a Canadian citizen (a Tibetan Canadian) and I am a Tibetan refugee without any ID currently in Nepal. How can I go and live with her in Canada? This is a 100% genuine marriage.

Thanks, Andy, I already did that.
It seems I could apply under the Family category, but there is another category called Refugee. I could fall in both.
Also, another problem for me is since I am an undocumented refugee in Nepal, I do not have travel documents. I could go out and live dangerously by buying fake Nepali passports or travel documents. But then, when filling in the many forms, I have to write details which are not consistent with possession of Nepali documents.
