There is no relation between people receiving passport request and their Eclient status. This is very true especially for Canada applicants who are waiting.
Medicals Received just increases the hopes of people and develops unwanted anxiety.
Its great to see eclient changing, but that doesnt conclude your case is over.

Earlier in you rpost you said that PPR comes comes around Bring forward date.
I dont support that completely, BFD has no relation to PPR date. I have had 3 different BFD dates that have passed and no PPR date yet.
i guess the checks are more important to be complete.

I anticipated this one for sure. Hence the word "might" before I said 99%.
Did your BFDs keep getting better? I reckon you said your present BFD is Oct´ 1st. I think earlier you had a BFD before this, which was Feb´ 1st.
As per my knowledge, BFDs would change, but the latest BFDs get closer to present date.
So thats why I said, you would get around that date.
Correct me if I am wrong.

I just confirmed, if the required checks get completed within that BFD, then we get PPR around that date. Depends on the native country, places that we have worked/lived more than 6 months.
Thats the reason I said 99%, and the word "might"

My e-client changed on july 4, 2005 to medicals received.Till now i have not got my PP request.
I applied for my CAIPS on august 4, 2005. Till now havent got it also. I calle dthe ottawa guys as issabella suggested and left a message. they got back to me saying that they havent processed my request and they will process it in 1-2 days. God knows why they were sitting on their ass to even process CAIPS request.
My prescription for stress free immigration.
1. Get CAIPS once after 5-6 months after your medicals to make sure that your medicals are ok and other documents are there with them.
2. Dont worry about e-client or anything else. Be relaxed till the process is over. For each one it takes its own time and we cant do anything about it. So no use getting CAIPS second and third time and getting excited unnecessarily.
God willing everybody should get their PP request 2 years form their date of application.
