1) I am an In-Canada SW category applicant from Montreal. For requesting CAIPS, can I send it my request-form to the Montreal address or I must send it to Narono Building in Ottawa only.
2) Which form is the one for CAIPS request

Is CAIPS just a print-out of the process? I believe it doesn´t delay the process.
