| Subject: I did a Stupid Mistake! |

Hi
I have received my CSQ in July/2005 then I submitted the Federal Documents last week !!!!!
I have submitted 2 IMM 0008 forms, one having my details and the other is having my wife´s.
Then i came to know that only one document (IMM0008) should be sent (only mine).
Did anybody had the same situation before ?
