i want to land from detroit area.which one is more smoother from buffalo or detroit.I will be travelling by rent a car.

Landing for in-canada applicant (in reply to: landing)
Does anyone know how the landing goes for an in-canada applicant. Does the applicant have to leave canada and come back or he/she can go to the nearest border/airport to go through the landing process?

from what i´ve heard you have to go to the nearest border crossing and "reland" in canada and apply for your pr card.
i´m not sure about an airport, but you could always call their info number and talk to someone in customs.
