| Subject: immigration visa waited for canada |

Dear Sir/Madam,
I got file number from canadian embassy in aug-2001 in skilled category(Federal) from (New Delhi)India. I got interview waiver from canadian embassy in april-2005 and they asked me to submit the passport,police clearance certificate and proof of funds.I was medically examinded in april. I have sent all the required documents. Now please suggest me how long it may take to get visa under skilled category after this process. I shall be thankful to you.

its nice to c u that u had shown lot of patience so wait little moe as u might have seen the Drs r also having lonw quee for medicals they give u long appointment as same u might have seen rush in IELTS centre so same might b in cic new delhi
2ndly i m asking ur medicals were ok?
if its ok it might b on the way to u

one thing plz let me know have u appeared for ILETS if so when did u sent ur result card of IELTS

A step called Background Check may be running - you can do nothing but wait. May take from 6 - 9 months or maybe even earlier.
Did you live all your life in India or elsewhere? If only in India and maybe in a major city, it may be faster.
