| Subject: Can I apply from Canada? |
I have Study permit from Canada and now studying here in Ontario (Sept 2005). My wife she has visistor staus now, we want to apply for PR very soon.
Where I have to submmit the application form.

You can apply at buffalo.
Make sure you have enough of points and take the english test IELTS

You can, of course, apply from Ontario. However be sure you have enough points to qualify you and your wife. This means you need to have the required experience, academic qualifications, age, adaptability, etc. The processing time right now is so long that you may need to extend your student visa until such time you get your permanent resident visa.

no, you can not apply to Buffalo right now, not until you legally live in here for more than one year,check out cover page of "skilled worker application kit"
