Can somebody tell me which Year/Month is Buffalo currently processing for Initial Assessment.
My AOR is in Feb 2005...haven´t heard anything yet.

Me too. I haven´t heard of anybody getting IA for 2 months.

Hi, i followed the egroups and the Yogi and I think they are stuck sending IA for the people who applied in Sept. 2004. Haven´t heard of anyone who applied in Oct. 2004 and beyond who received IA from buffalo. Did you?
By the way, I applied in May 2005, aor june 2006, sw buffalo.

i heard from my lawyer; they expect the IA´s in a month or 2 (feb ´05, AOR).

I wish there was a trend in IA issues. I tell ya, I applied at the worst possible time - Nov 04. Received AOR almost FOUR months later - March 05. Now there is a delay in IAs. With luck like this, I can expect PP request in 2015. It´s bloody annoying.

I´d be sceptical of your lawyers claim. There is no way to say how long it will take for each stage. Unfortunately, there has been an unusally high volume of applications and the delays are not confirmed, even by CIC.
So even though I´d wish it true, please keep your options open.
