My wife is canadian and she sponsored my Visa to canada i was granted a visa in family class conjugal partner category. I also recd my PR card and my health card and SIN. if i divorce my wife do i need to look in for a new sponsor ? or get married to someone who is canadian ? what is the ground rule ??

You are free to divorce and do not have look for a new sponsor..
But how long have you been married and when did you land Canada?
CIC may always look into your case if they find your activity for marriage suspicious.

HEY GUYS, I NEED ALL YOUR HELP. I MARRIED A CANADIAN MAN AND I AM A U.S. CITIZEN. WE WERE MARRIED IN VANCOUVER,CA. WE ARE GETTING A DIVORCE, BUT I NEED TO KNOW MY RIGHTS AS IT PERTAINS TO CANADA LAW. SOMEONE HAD MENTIONED THAT IF HE FILES THE PAPERS AND I DO NOT AGREE TO SIGN THE PAPERS AS-IS, IN 30 DAYS HE GETS AN AUTOMATIC DIVORCE, WITH NO TIES AND NOTHING IN MY RIGHTS, LIKE OUR SETTLEMENT. LET ME KNOW IF THIS IS ACTUALLY RIGHT? SURELY NOT, WE CANNOT AGREE ON OUR SETTLEMENT BUT I DON´T WANT HIM TO GET OFF THIS SCOTT-FREE. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP.

I am a canadian citizen and I sponsored my wife from Pkaistan who has now an immigration status. We lived just for 1 year to gether and have been leveing separately now.
If I divorce her does she can make any claim on my income and savings.

yes, and you also have a contract with CIC for the balance of your sponsorship agreement that you will make sure she does not require government services.

hey i dont knw what to do a family sponser me she get mareeid with me ,and when i landed in canada she was ,no her to dagher she was her self ,she was forceing me to work and she attment me with knife that she gona kill me if i dont work for her and dont bring mony for her ,i dont knew about this all tings ,i dont knw what to do then all ways she tke me out of hom in winter to go away and then one day agin she did that i didnt had any one in there and any place then i moived to anther city of canada,now they want me to ,sign a pipar for them ,and when i came here i got the play wtih me ,and my life i dont knw why they did that to me ,i need help
