I was worry about the same thing awhile ago , in my case I had to wait about 5 weeks to get my Passport stamped from the Visa office.
I am located in Central America , processing time might be longer in this part of the world.

Hope it helps
Cheers

Maybe they changed their mind!!

Just kidding dude.. this is Federal Govt. they will not take your passport.. don´t worry.. it just got delayed..

Send them a nice fax to ask for status - tell them you must return to Canada or else you will loose out on a semester of study..

Hey dhruv, i was just wondering, u should have come back to Canada and then courier it to them from here rather than giving it to them there, right?? but relax, as u r aware, my husband sent his passport way before urs and still didnt get it, give urself 6 weeks before u start worrying actually. thats what i heard. 4 to 6 weeks is normal with them. but ya, there are few lucky ones who got the PP back in less thn a week as sumit.

I am about to deliever my child in a day or two.i am so nervous, my husband wont be by my side and he will miss this golden time of receiving the baby first in his arms. its very unfortunate for both of us.He is very sad.
