On my visit to Canada in Aug this year I had stayed at hotel, rented car and of course dined and purchased items.
I know there is a restriction of at least 50$ purchase for refund and 200$ on hotel stay.
Does anyone know about car rental? is that covered for refund too?

Not sure about car rental on the web-site. Anyway, please share if anyone claimed tax on rentals.
