Subject: Passport lost (international student )
I am a international student in Canada.I lost my passport with my study permit and visa on it. My immigration process is in final stage.Suppose i get my duplicate passport in few days but waiting for my duplicate study permit (which usually takes longer time). In the meantime if my passport stamping call comes ( for buffalo). So is it possible to do stamping and landing without study permit?
Please advice me properly.
Thanks
Prashant

Yes, that shouldn´t be a problem. They only need your passport for stamping. Don´t worry!

I am planning to study in Canada as an International student for a degree from January 2006. Can I apply for migration? I am 23 years old. Thanks

Amit,

Best will be to finish your graduate study (which I assume you are here for) and then apply for PR (when you are on your work permit - like OPT in the US).

Then, I think you should make the points. Or consult a consultant - what is the harm, they do free assessments.
