I am on work permit in canada, so i have been issued a client id number. in CIC either u can make search on client id number or file number. I made search with the client id number nad it shows in process(we started processing your application on 31 august). I am surprised coz its only 2 weeks i filed my case

Count yourself lucky...for some of us who applied in Nov of last year we got that only in March of the following year. Congrats.
