i am planning to work in Canada, little problem is, I am from Philippines and I am not that aware of the requirements when applying for work for Canada as well as the legalities if planning to live there.

hi there! i´m Steve from Philippines,we´re currently applying for migration to Canada, my wife is working in Dubai, we are officially married with an authenticated marriage certificate but we did not change her passport´s civil status in compliance with her working contract in Dubai because she signed her working contract 2006 and we got married last 2007,if we change her status,that would be a breach contract to the company and she´ll be fined with a very big amount and the worse case scenario she´ll be deported. The agency is hesitant to submit our application because of the situation,because they said that my last name will suppose to be the last name of my wife in her recent passport...i really6x need to fix this situation and go to Canada asap..please4x help us...thank you so much = )
