Subject: Skilled Worker Requirement Varies in Hong Kong:
I just submitted my skilled worker application to Hong Kong on Sept 15, 05.

The instruction guide, for Hong Kong visa office, I used was from http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/E37019.pdf

Today I suddenly came across another instruction guide which is also for Hong Kong visa office from http://www.dfait-maeci.gc.ca/world/embassies/hongkong/pdf/sw-hk-kit.pdf

I found the requirement in both are quite different. Now i wonder if it will make any impact on my submitted application?

Additionally, Hong Kong visa office has already charged me the application fee through my credit card on Sept 30, 05. Does it mean i did not lack any documents they required and will soon receive my AOR with file number?

Every visa post has its own requirements. If you feel that you have missed out on some of the documents that were requird then start gathering the documents right away.

Hope that they accept your application and issue you AOR. Once you get your file number you can immediately send in the missing documents and reques them to add them to your existing application.
