Thanks for the info Saleh but a doubt still persists since on the www.cic.gc.ca they have mentioned the following rgding proof of funds...
*Cash
*securities in bearer form (for example: stocks, bonds, debentures, treasury bills); or
*negotiable instruments in bearer form (for example: bankers? drafts, cheques, travellers? cheques, money orders.)
Now in the last sentence it says cheques...what sort of a chq is that...can we write ?6000 British ?? which is equivalent to $12500 CAD ...will that chq act as a proof of fund ...Kindly advise
