Just to remind you of the stats:
Sumit : File transfered to CHC- New Delhi on July 5th
Rizi : File transfered to CHC- New Delhi on July 20th
Considering the stats, do you think we are already late? Is there still a possibility that the case gets finalized within 3 months?
If they send the acknowledgement letter today, how soon will they ask for the passport? Please, advise.

you do not know that the quota is full for this applicant but I am afraid the only way to know for sure is to simply wait and see.
