please help me in this regard, i got canada immgration in august 1998, and i stay there for four and half months, that time i was unmarried, i got married in december 1998, and again i re-enter canada in may 1999, but to my business in dubai, and my lot of outstandings were in the market, i had to get back to dubai for the recovery of my money, then i re-enter again in canada for settle there permanantly, that time was expecting baby, and only few days were remaining in her delevery, actually i had plan that after my wife´s delevery i will for here residency, but unfortunately i got call from my wife´s doctor that my wife condition is very serious and insist me to join my wife to company her. my wife tool 6 months to recover from illness, and during that time i had to loss my landed status, please on humanitarian ground allow me to re-enter canada, and let me settle there forever, i am ready to pay all my income tax for the last 5 years

I would find an immigration lawyer that could plead your case. The worst that can happen is that they say no.
