hey guys .
i need ur assistant in my case ..
-i applied as a skilled worker in 1st of march 2005 from cairo office
-Got my AOR on the 17th of March 2005 and gave me a file number .. and told me if you dont hear from us in 36 months then call us or something ..
I got a 65 score conformed ,,, and i calimed that i have a basic knowlage of french but with no TEF exam .
-the i got another letter from them on the 17th of July .. and they stated the following
1) that i should supply the additional family form .
2)that i should do the TEF exam and they gave me nine months to submit my result ....
so now what i wanna know
a) if what happened to me now is the IA ?? or just paper review ..
b) did they consider that i have 67 points and i passed the pass mark ?? or are they giving me a chance ?/ coz what i understood is that if i dotn get the pass mark i am out .....
c) does that mean that the file will be opened in nine months and start intreviews and medical ?? or its just a date ..

they are giving you a chance to prove you have 67 points. You have 9 months to do so. No need to even have an interview if you are not over 67.

what about your english? any ielts score?
as sharon said, get REALLY busy and get your french up to the speed, or get the 2 extra points somehow. remember, they didnt return the application back to you. a very good sign!
could be IA, although a little early.... not sure. paper review is for AOR, to check if your app is complete, etc.

yeah cool , i got a 14 in the ILETS Exam .
the extra 2 points could come from the TEF , or redoing the ILETS exam , or Getting Married
so
hell no with the marriage .. i wont lose my freedom for a few points
french sucks ,, so i will keep it as a second alternative
2 point in english seems the easiest thing for me ,,i applied for next months exam , and all i will do is take come nicotine gum with me , so that i dont loose my concentration like i did last time , 3.5 hours without a smoke can make you looooose it man ..
