I have a long term residence in a (European country), this kind of visa valid for only one year .It is possible to renew it if I show a Financial evidence to support myself and my family and if a citizen in that country provided me with a shelter (flat , house ,or etc.) If not I will find myself along with my family on the borders or we will be forced to return back to my home land which it is impossible for me to return back to .
Dose this kind of visa interfere with claiming refugee statues in Canada?
Do you think it?s the same of the third safe country or it will be different?
knowing that I haven?t ever asked for this before in any country.
Is it possible in this case to go to Canadian embassy in that country to ask for asylum?
