The main issue is that, First It´s impossible for me to renew my visa next year, Second I can´t return back to my country for the condition of the country itself and my personal circumstances, in addition(It?s visa not refugee statues)so why not?
What can I do?
Could you please try to clear things to me? I believe that you are the wise man of this forum that all are asking you.

I highly doubt that Canada is going to give you special consideration. There are thousands of folks out there in a similar situation. Canada will likely suggest you apply as a skilled worker. How you wait for Canada to process your application will not fall into their area of interest or concern.
I know that sounds harsh, but it is simply the truth.
