Hi All,
I have got my Canadian Permanent Resident just now. I have to immigrate to canada till mid of october. I am currently in H1B visa in USA. I am planning to go for stamping in Canada. Can I land as Permanent Resident and go for stamping for H1B in two or three days? Can I leave the Canada in 3-4 days after landing?
Please let me know.
Thank you.

H-1B Stamping In Canada (in reply to: H-1B Stamping In Canada) Stephen,
This is a tough one. Why not go to another country instead of Canada? I think this will be a better option.

(in reply to: H-1B Stamping In Canada) Hi, Stephan
Yes you can do that, that´s no problem. Just make sure to reserve the appointment in an American Consulate in Canada. You can do reservation online here https://www.nvars.com/use/wWelcome.jsp

(in reply to: H-1B Stamping In Canada) We need to hang all these fellas who keep playing Canada for a surrogate country. Just go to Mexico my friend. You will do good to yourself and the Mexicans.

(in reply to: H-1B Stamping In Canada) As a Permanent Resident , Canada is your Home Country and you can go to Canada for Visa Stamping.Where are you going for stamping ? In the visa form which address you will fill Canada or US ?
I´m asking all this beacuse I´m also in same sitution like you.
I checked site there is 65 days waiting for Toronto Consulate is it really 65 days ???
Your answer will be highly appreciated .. Thanks
Tom
