On the spouse sponcer application,, it asks if we are married, I checked yes
then it asks are we conjugal partners...what does this mean?

If you are legally married you check YES
Conjugal means not married but in a relationship (sexual)

so question part a - are you married - i said yes
then there is part b for - are you a conjugal partner - do i need to check yes to this as well? if i leave blanks i read the application will be returned...

conjugal means NOT married
If you checked YES to married, then check NO to conjugal or leave it blank since they know that you are married
