Sharon If I send them enough supporting Documents to prove my language ability and my current situation is it possible from them to be rejected without further notice or they will defiantly communicate with me. What do you think?

Time line- Application Jan 05/ AOR Mar 05/ IELTS request July 05

I do not know what the policy is. the procedural manuals are online... and they give officers some pretty clear instructions about what they are required to do.

I would not want to say one way or the other.

Sharon, I do agree with you and I do appreciate you very much. I am just frustrated because after spending 9 years in American school, and after achieving couples of degree BS, MBA and have worked here almost the same amount of time in English environment, still people do not believe us and ask us the pre requirement test result (language test result)which is required to join the school here in US.

For you, apart from the problem to make an appointment for the test and get it organized, this test will be a formality. You have been living in an English-speaking environment for many years, so there is no reason to doubt about the desired results. You have had to fulfil many other formal duties in order to get your application ready - so why are you so angry about this one ?

I?m trying to improve my English every free minute because I have scheduled an IELTS test in September and neither my first language nor my environment is English. Mostly I learn at night when others are asleep. Of course, they are right to require this test from people like me that did not have an education in English institutions, and I hope it will also help me a lot in general after landing, later. But I am pretty shure you would not like to change place with me ?

Saathi from what ive read in your posts here...you better take the IELTS exam..looks like your 9 yrs of stay in USA and double degrees havent had much impact on your English language..I can see that right here in the posts...so I am sure the CIC officer handling your case has come across deficient or below par english writing or something in your application where in you have to write a letter. If I were the CIC officer handling your case and based on your writing here in this forum I would definitely make sure you take the IELTS as you dont sound perfect in English. Maybe you´re claiming all 16 and the officer is just not ready to accept ur skill level and he wants you to prove it.

So does it mean we better not to claim 16 as it makes CIC officer suspicious? would claiming like 10-14 help more?

Respected Sir, Thank you for your kind suggestion, I will do my best to improve my English for other proposes, and I don?t think it is needy for migration. Yes, you are absolutely right there was an error in my posts and I know why. Now, are you sure IELTS is the only one option to me? By the way ? forget it. Thank you GOD you are not my case officer. You know what I am thinking? Flying back home. I am not really interested to migrate. But still like Canadian people and Maple tree. Canadians are THE BEST people in North America. If you are Canadian I respect you too if not I am sorry.

Thank U
