| Subject: Address history please help |

Hi,
I had been to US for on job training through a company and i didnt mention the same in the background declaration form under the question 15 which states to list all the addresses where one has resisded since the age of 18 and not to mention any PO BOX address..
I didnt mention it because i was residing at a PO box address and now i have recieved a passport request... and my passport shows the entry adn exit details along with a valid 10 yr Visa...
Do i attach a cover letter while submitting my passport about that missed information on my stay in States which was 5 and a half months or do i just submit my passport...
Very confused.... just dont want things to fall out of place as mine is a spouse sponsorship...

How can one live in a PO Box address, even Houdini won´t be able to do it. Now if it says that you need not declare a PO Box Address, then why worry about it?
