Sharon,

Now I know the law and that is WHY you know my identity. (yes, TotallyForHim is me) Because now, nobody will stop me.

What you could do? Are you in contact with people who TRULY WISH to see the Immigration law be CORRECTLY, RATIONALLY AND LITTERALLY applied? Just that? I mean...really in contact with people of this quality?

Is it too much to ask to Canada to apply correctly the Immigration law? After all, I am not a lawbreaker myself and they are breaking my life since November 3rd, 2004. Not even a parking ticket. I´ll get back to you if I see you truly wish to SEE THE AMENDED IMMIGRATION LAW, PARAGRAPH 36 (2) (B) TO BE APPLIED AS IT SHOULD, published on July 2004 i.e. 4 months before Ashley tried to enter Canada.

I am on the side of my husband because I know I can trust him.

After all, Canada is losing at least 68 U.S. millions and I am talking about CLEAN MONEY HERE.
Canada seems to particularly love people involved in the organized crime:

This gal is a landed immigrant IN Canada...because she is the Queen of the drug from China = big miney.
Oh, Canada !!.....

Put Karl Schwarz in your search engine and you´ll see he is in the race to become the next U.S. president. Do you think he is not serious? He is. And clean money from clean business.

Thank you.

Litteral copy (in reply to: Letter sent to Stephen Harper from K. Schwarz - 2)
Again, here is the litteral copy sent to Stephen Harper, leader of the Conservative party in Canada from Karl Schwarz. Sandra is his administrative-assistant.

Please read it carefully. People need to know my husband is a very good asset to Canada - he worked for the FBI third, with a secret clearance. Do you think the FBI is enough stupid to hire criminals? he..he..he..:)

Hello Sandra,

I am beginning to wonder why a "no threat" person from Canada is not allowed into the US and a "no threat" person from the US is not allowed into Canada, especially since they are married.

I am having serious reservations about making any commitment to invest into Canada through our nanotechnology company if this type of "border hassle" is going to be the norm rather than the exception.

I have vendors in Markham, Ontario, Mississauga, and New Brunswick that will be involved in a US$68 million project to manufacture and deliver 250 of our nanotech machines to our US Plant.

I respectfully ask that this matter get addressed, sorted out immediately, or we will see if the vendors in Canada or plant locations can be placed with other companies. At this time, going from the U.S. to China is easier and that tells me something is seriously amiss, or being overlooked, or someone is not doing their job.

I am available to answer any questions you may have, and I think the time is long past due to resolve this matter of Marie and Ashley being together.

If something is known on that side that they have not shared with me, I would understand but in the absence of that the current situation is not acceptable or forgivable.

I too have been hassled coming across that border even while on the way to meet with people about making significant commitments to invest in Canada. United We Stand, and as it is now, not so sure that motto applies.

best regards,

Karl

Ice Queen is welcome -granted landed immigrant status (in reply to: Letter sent to Stephen Harper from K. Schwarz - 2)
Read this:
" One such immigrant was Lee Chau Ping, a notorious drug trafficker who is known as the Ice Queen. In 1992, after police raided her labs and one of her safe houses, the Ice Queen got on a plane headed for Canada. Not thinking that the Canadian government would let her stay, Boucher assumed the Ice Queen had headed oversees to wait for the heat on her gang to die down a little. So he was shocked when an RCMP officer told him she had been granted landed immigrant status".

The Ice Queen is welcome - granted landed immigrant status in Canada.

Canada blessings to the Ice Queen:-)

If he can´t immigrate here then immigrate elsewhere and live with him. I was sponsored by my husband here in Canada and it was very easy for us but we decided if I didn´t get it then he would´ve tried immigrating to the US and living if immigration rejected me. The point is that we would´ve found a way to be together legally. Find a lawyer if you have already been rejected and appeal. I know from first hand that the border guards on the Canadian side can and will be anal retentive and make you feel like you have committed a crime when you haven´t. I am with my husband and new family because we persevered through the paperwork and came out the other side but we would´ve been together if we had to live somewhere else. If you want to live with him find a way to do that. It sounds like you aren´t ever going to do that sitting back and not making anymore plans just making waves.

it is not your knowledge of the law that gives you away, it is your rant which goes nowhere that is the signature. You were going to contact the press the last time you posted. what happened?

DWIs and North Carolina (in reply to: Letter sent to Stephen Harper from K. Schwarz - 2)
I have lived in NC myself and you don´t have to be driving to get a DWI. Just drink a beer or two and sit in a car - by law you are guilty of DWI.

Also a new law in NC as of two years ago: If you give a friend a ride home from a night of drinking and your friend has two, or especially three, DWIs on their record the state takes your car, but that´s fair right?

NC is a state of non-exclusion laws. For example: you go to someone´s house for dinner, maybe an employee, and they get busted for pot - guess what? You get busted too. I challege any one to live in NC for a couple of years and not end up with a criminal record even if you´re the cleanest living person on Earth.

Jason, this poster has been ranting for months about this situation. Criminal inadmissability is criminal inadmissability - no matter how bizarre or unfair the original charge. Sending and posting a threatening letter to a government official who has no jurisdiction over this matter is a joke - no matter how infuential they are.

what does allowing a spouse across the border have to do with international trade?

this lady rants and rants and rants but has not made one ounce of progress on her own behalf. we all told her to get a lawyer 6 months ago. Instead she is still ranting on at people who cannot help her - us.

6 posts from now we will be in exactly the same place.

Yes, do you know why?

Because I am fooled by the politicians.

Primo, Paul Martin with his Joe Volpe.

Secondo, Gilles Duceppe on May 17th, 2005, the leader of the Qu?b?cois party with his Meille Faille...

Tertio, you don´t wish to help obviously, Sharon. You prefer to falsely accuse me instead so this way, you´ll do like the politicians = nothing.

I told Faille to stop to play with my nerves. I dare you Sharon to ckeck the law I was talking about , but I know you won´t.

I never post a threatening post. You can not prove this.

I am parted from my husband since 8 months now. And why? Nobody cares about the IMMIGRATION LAW. Oh, wonderful Canada and Qu?bec....

If the Canadian Law was changed prior to him being told he was inadmissable why can´t she get anyone to take a look at what happened?

My experience with Lawyers is that they´ll promise you the world until they have your money then it´s another story. Any way it sounds like by the time this made it to court the time limits would have expired.

Most places in Canada, you also get a DUI if you inside your car while drunk.

Just about everyone knows this, so its pretty simple, if you have a few drinks, do not get inside your car.
