I have read on the website that you have to live 2 out of 5 years to maintain PR and you can apply for Citizenship after 3 years of stay.
I got PR in Jan 2005 and then I came bk to India after PR Card and if I went back to Canada in Jan 2008 and stay there till Jan 2011. Will I be eligible for citizenship or I have to complete 3 years in the next 5 years period

As long as you stay for 3 years you will get it.
