Subject: Processing fee
  Hi all,
Today I updated my application for PR including my spouse details. But after sending my application i just remembered that i didnt write my name on the backside of the draft. In the website they have just mentioned that you should write your name and address behind the draft. Do i have to send them a letter?

yes you must inform CIC immediately. If possible send a xerox copy of draft if you have one.
