the phrase on the subject box appeared in the CAIPS of some forum members. Is it concerning the background check? What does referral sent means?

That´s very good question! Apparently, nobody here knows what does it precisely mean; most probaly it means that the request for the inforamtion was sent to another government agency, in most of cases it is probaly background check (?)

By the way, does anybody have a CAIPS received after or almost at the same time as PP? I really wonder what dose it say after this "referral" thing... background check completed?
