Hi...I am just wondering....does anyone know if it is alright to supply new or additional docs during interview? Thanks

Sure if it helps your case.
Have your ordered your CAIPS notes? If you have then do you know the reason why they called you for an interview?
If you have additional documents that you feel can clear the doubts of the immigration official then you can either mail it right away OR take it with you when you go for the interview.
