Does anyone know how much time does it take to transfer the application file from CPC-Mississauga to CIC-New Delhi? I have applied for spousal immigration. The sponsorship applcation was cleared on June 10.

It should be sent along with the next scheduled diplomatic bag. For now try to just live your life and not count the days. You should receive a letter of acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) very soon.

you must have recieved letter from CPC-M, otherwise you can view your status from old file no. (the one u have at the time of u´r immigration). They (CPC-m) post more meaningful and helpful info than ny other embasies.

Once CPC_M approves it, it generally takes less than 10 days. Most of the dates that CHC_New Delhi starts processing cases falls on Wednessdays.
