| Subject: Compilcated Medicals?? |

Hi again,
In my CAIPS report, there is one question:
" Medical reports of all family members required: y/n" and for me they have marked y.
Does that mean they are going to ask my family members medical records??
If thats the case my brother is diabetic, and my father has expired due to cancer, are these two factors gonna be a threat to my case?
and more over none of my family members are really intrested to come/settle here.........
and what if my family memebrs object to share their medical records?
any valuable inputs, please advise.......

Are you the only one who is applying or is it the whole family thats applying...
If its only you then they dont need medical history of your family. but they require only for the applicant that means you...
About your family immigrating here later they will have to do it when they fine for immigration...
Second, You cannot object on the medical reports. Its a requirement and you are obligated to go for it.

Hi Dipthi,
who is going to Canada as a PR with you ?
Only who will be with you, they have to go through the Medical.
Not they whole family (brother, sister, mother, father).
As you suggested check p. 3-4 but couldn?t find anything, why they asked for interview?
