Hi everyone,
I´m new here, so please forgive me if this has been answered before.
My lawyer submitted my application to Buffalo last week. I am wondering what the current processing times are.
He said it is around 20 months. I was hoping to hear something sooner.
Does it depend on nationality? (I am an Indian in the US on H1B).
Has anyone had quicker turnarounds? Any info would be helpful

Check the CIC web site for the statistics on processing times.
He is right on average an Indian on H1 is taking on average about 18-33 months.
