If just landed, it?ll take me long time to become a valid sponsor for my partner ? at least a year, right? Not to imagine Him getting involved with another PR application outside Canada (another 1-1,5 year with possibly negative result ? he won?t have the pass mark himself). I dream of His coming to Canada for couple of weeks to register a ?spontaneous marriage? and then continue with some spouse/family class immigration process, which seems more reliable to me. Am I an ignorant dreamer?:) Or am I not the only one? Please, share your thoughts! Thanks!

Ooppps... Hit the submit button while reading your post. Now have to write a quick reply.
MRFD,
No harm in trying for a Visitor´s visa for your fiance´. Atmost he will lose CAD 75 if his visit visa gets declined.
Otherwise your best bet would be to travel down to your home country, get married and come back with the following documents:
1. get the medical done,
2. Police Clearance done,
3. lots of marraige photographs printed,
4. Marraige Certificate
5. All the IMMxxx forms filled and signed by your spouse.
and head back to Canada and apply to CPC - Mississauga as an outside spousal case - FAMILY CLASS.
If you pay the CIC fees in full and medicals and PCC done in advance, your spousal application will get processed in couple of months.
For you, neither income nor tax return is an issue as you are a new immigrant and CIC understands it.

What you say gives me desire to live:) cause there are so many talks about timelines and long years of waiting...this is the least wanted thing in a close relationship when distance just hurts... Thank you for "hitting the button", Arnab M;)
