Hi, i have a preety weird story and i need some help ( let me hear some violins) i landed in canada as a business visitor ( so far i have not seen any diferences from beeing "standard" visitor). I planed to return to my home country after one month...i stayed 6 months..and my visa expires in 50 days. Reason for this is - i got engaged ( for a Canadian citizen). Last month i applied to human resource center in order to obtain permit to work in canada and extend my stay. I had arranged emoloyment. But request was declined.
I know that marriage would solve everything but we are both still young (age 22 both) and we want to get married after we finish university ( 1 year left). What should we do? What can we do to extemd my stay at least until she finish university so we can get married or can i extend my visa as visitor and what do i need in order to do that. I realy appreciate any kind of usefull information or help.

I am a programmer i sold few of licences for my application here in Vancouver and by contract i was obligated to train personel to use it.

Well just marry the wench but make sure she doesn´t get pregnant. It is the same as waiting till the school is done. If I were you, I will marry without any delay. And go from there.
