Subject: PR Card
I landed in Canada via Peace Bridge on June 2nd. Immigration officer told me that a letter will be mailed within 3 to 4 weeks to pickup the cards. Is it true? I was thinking the PR cards are usually mailed to the address given at the time of landing.

Yes,
On random, they ask landed immigrants to collect the PR in person.
